rambøll hobbies and interests project:

This project was initiated to assist the company with recruiting through internal referrals and attracting outside potential employees, as well. The video's themes focused on the company's encouragement of an equal work-life. This was done by showcasing employees' passions in personal hobbies and how that passion carries over into their work for Rambøll.

For these two videos, I assisted with pre-production by doing client research, scouting for real Rambøll employees with interesting stories and compelling passions, writing the scripts, and conjuring up the idea. I also assisted during the shooting of each video and assisting with the interviews. I also assisted with editing the video and creating the small motion graphics of the logo and the texts.
