"Self" is the title for an art project where I did acrylic paintings in a very graphic/illustrative style then rendered those same paintings in a digital format.

MORE about SELF:
These works center around self-consciousness and how that plays within the physical and digital realms. The images use an avatar and an avatar's body to question identity and how that identity operates as a visual representation. These paintings and their digital iterations comment on how our bodies are used as vessels to reflect the use of identities and market our "self".
The paintings were exhibited at the Luggage Store Gallery in San Francisco as a part of the group exhibition, "Tommorrow, Today"in April 2016.
